FRIDAY
VISUAL ART
Portland Trail Blazers Through the Lens of Bruce Ely
Bruce Ely has spent the past 26 years as the Portland Trail Blazers’ team photographer and visual historian, documenting far more than highlights on the court. His gallery exhibition showcases a curated collection of behind-the-scenes documentary photographs and portraits spanning the last two decades, offering an intimate look at the people behind the franchise. The images capture the emotional arc of the team, from championship-level celebrations and heartbreaking defeats to the quiet, everyday moments in between. Highlights include tender photographs of Brandon Roy spending time with his children, an early headshot of Damian Lillard, and candid travel snaps featuring Evan Turner and his teammates. The exhibition is open to the public during limited hours on Fridays through the end of August, so come in clutch to experience the team’s history through Ely’s lens. BRI BREY
